When To Drink
 Water consumption is very important. We Recommend Drinking  a glass first thing in the morning, between and or during meals.

At Night
Drink a couple of glasses between your last big meal and bedtime to help curb hunger, but not later than a couple of hours before bedtime unless you don't mind a middle of the night bathroom visit.

How Much
 Measure your weight, divide it by 2 and drink that many ounces of water a day.

What It Does
The consistent consumption of water tells the body that it does not need to store it and there are numerous health benefits also.

Instead Of
You can substitute a couple of water intakes with a diet soda, or whatever your favorite beverage is. Just be careful to avoid sugery drinks. A 20 ounce soda has about 10 teaspoons of sugar and it adds up fast. I recommend trying several different types of  beverages sweetened artificially until you find one you can tolerate.

Even If you hate diet drinks, stick with them, they will grow on you, and the rewards will be great.
